All Mall purchases are final sale.
Returns will be accepted on mis-shipped merchandise.
Refunds will be issued for damaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery receipt. Please check in all merchandise upon receipt to ensure there are no damages. Damage requests made after 30 days may be accommodated with approval.
Requests to cancel orders are subject to a 20% restock fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). All refunds will be issued in mall credit.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All Equipment Purchases carry a 6 month warranty.
Most orders ship within 48-72 hours of receipt, not including weekends.
Location Specific orders ship 30 business days after art approval.
Warehouse pick up is no longer an option.
Orders cannot be consolidated once submitted to combine shipping charges.
Orders cannot be edited after checkout.
All expedite order requests must be submitted before 12noon PT to go out the same day. Orders received after 12noon PT will ship the following day, including overnight requests.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
